We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please notify us immediately at support@vogueora.shop with photo/video evidence. We will cover all return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

  • Customer Change of Mind / Size Issues: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or selecting the wrong size, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping fee.

  • Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge any restocking fees.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For assistance with sizing or style exchanges, please reach out via our Contact Us Page.

5. Refunds Process & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
